1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the AI Rank website and services. AI Rank is operated by Purple Media Limited, 3 Bedlam Court, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so.
2. Using AI Rank
AI Rank provides tools and reports for understanding visibility in AI-generated answers. Keep account details accurate and credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorised access. You must have permission to submit the websites, prompts and other information you provide.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, upload malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or extract data through unauthorised automated means. Reselling the service requires our permission. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks.
4. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain rights in the material you submit. You allow us to host and process that material as necessary to provide the service. Our software, branding and designs belong to us or our licensors. Reports may contain third-party material; access does not transfer those third-party rights to you.
Information obtained through connected Google services is handled only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and the features you authorise. This section does not grant us permission to sell that information, use it for advertising targeting or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
5. Reports, AI outputs and third parties
AI answers and visibility measurements can change and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on them. We do not guarantee rankings, mentions, traffic or commercial results. References to AI platforms do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
6. Plans and Google integrations
Any paid plan applies only when you expressly select it. The price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions will be shown before purchase, subject to mandatory legal rights.
AI Rank offers optional connections to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. Connecting these services requires your separate authorisation through Google. You must have permission to connect the relevant Google account, Analytics property or Search Console site, including when acting for a client or another organisation.
These integrations use read-only access to retrieve reporting data for the properties and sites you select. AI Rank uses this information to display website traffic, identified AI referrals and Google Search performance within your authorised project. The integrations do not modify your Google Analytics configuration or Search Console properties.
You can disconnect a service through AI Rank’s connection settings. Disconnecting stops future imports and deletes the credentials and imported reports held by that connection in our connector. You can also revoke AI Rank’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access through Google does not itself delete information already imported into AI Rank.
Google services remain subject to Google’s own terms and availability. Reports may be delayed, incomplete or subject to Google’s reporting limits. Identified AI referrals do not represent all AI-generated traffic, and Search Console data does not provide separate attribution for every Google AI feature.

7. Availability, responsibility and ending use
We may change or maintain the service and cannot promise uninterrupted access. You can stop using it and request account closure at info@airank.me. We may suspend or end access for material breach, legal requirements or security reasons, with notice where appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes, applicable law and contact
We will date revised terms and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Gibraltar law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before Gibraltar courts, subject to any mandatory rights to use other courts. Questions: info@airank.me.
